Evaluating www.bidorbuy.co.za in the same way as the other E-Commerce websites was difficult, as a lot of variables depend on the sellers that sell their products through the Bid or Buy website. We could therefore not evaluate them on Delivery, Product Details, Image Quality and Stock Levels. We liked the design of the website although we did find the pages to be a bit busy. Bid or Buy is very involved in social media, sending regular newsletters to their subscriber base and have an easy to use mobile website. We were disappointed in their customer service as a query logged on their contact system went unanswered and we failed to get someone to help us on their live help system.
