We love the look and feel of www.lookandlisten.co.za. The website has noticeable navigation, a good search function and a wide product range. There is a product review function but we would have liked to see some actual reviews. The ordering process was very easy with clear breadcrumbs to make sure the user knows exactly where in the ordering process they are and what's to follow. We received good customer support and our product arrived within the specified time frame. We didn't like the fact that there are items on the website that one cannot order because they are not in stock, we would have liked to see a 'request this item' button.
