Shopping through www.netflorist.co.za is just such a great experience. The ordering process is straight forward and the product range is delightful. We liked the design and the navigation of the website. The customer support was amazing, receiving instant replies to customer queries. We liked the ordering process of Netflorist as it was easy to follow. We liked the headings which told you exactly how many steps have been completed and how many are still left but we didn't like the way in which the credit card processing was done. Our product was delivered the next morning looking and tasting great!
