Shopping at www.pc-direct.co.za was a pleasant experience. Our product arrived within the specified time period and the ordering process went smoothly although the courier fees were very expensive. There were a few design problems that we noticed, such as text and borders not lining up. We experienced great customer support and we liked their live help option. The navigation and search on every page makes using the website easy.
