Congratulations to Greenlove for being the 2nd Runner Up for the Best Shopping Process award in the 2011 South African E-Commerce Awards. We were very impressed with Greenlove. They have a well designed website, great customer service and mobile website. We feel Greenlove has definitely done their homework on what is required of an E-Commerce Website and look forward to seeing what the future holds for them. What we liked: The attention to detail when our package arrived, with a hand written note and gift voucher for the next purchase as well as pamphlets on other products. The customer service was quick and efficient. What we didn’t like: The mobile website does not work on all phones.
