We’ve seen a number of website changes to Kalahari.com over the last year, and after careful evaluations conducted during the awards we think they are right on track with user experience and the demands of the E-Commerce Industry. Congratulations to Kalahari.com as the 1st Runner up in the Publics Favourite E-Commerce Website and 1st Runner up in the Best E-Commerce Store in the 2011 South African E-Commerce Awards. What we liked: Apart from the user friendly website and shopping experience, kalahari.com has a brilliant mobile website; well designed and functional it proves Kalahari.com is in tune with what South African shoppers are looking for in an E-Commerce Website. What we didn’t like: They do not show stock levels. While it may say that they have the product when you place your order, if there is no stock when processing it your order gets cancelled and you are refunded the money. Although this process is very efficient, you are still left disappointed.
