What we liked: Whether you are booking flights, holiday packages or hiring a car, kulula.com’s e-commerce process is user friendly and efficient. kulula.com’s mobile website allows you to check your flight schedule; however we hope they have plans for an E-Commerce Mobile site where one can purchase tickets online. What we didn’t like: Although kulula.com sends an auto-respond email to try and automatically answer your query, their response time to answering queries is delayed.
