Congratulations to Takealot.com for being 1st Runner up in Best Shopping Process and 2nd Runner Up in Best E-Commerce Store awards in the 2011 South African E-Commerce Awards. It’s been a busy year for Takealot.com with a name change and a new website, but we are glad to see that they have maintained their easy shopping process and great customer service. What we liked: Fast delivery and with the free delivery special they have running, makes shopping on Takealot.com is a pleasure. A personal phone call to confirm delivery time was surprising and very impressive. What we didn’t like: We look forward to seeing Takealot.com’s mobile website.
