Sony PlayStation Vita – The Revolutionary Handheld Gaming Console

The PlayStation Vita or more commonly called the PS Vita is, as far as handheld gaming devices go, phenomenal. Graphics like you’ve never seen before on a portable gaming device with the brilliant OLED screen. User interface like no other with the rear touch pad, front touch screen, front and rear cameras, three motion sensors, a gyroscope, an accelerometer and an electric compass, transports you from holding the oval shaped device to an augmented reality within your game of choice.

With the PS Vita Wifi only or Wifi +3G models, you are always connected and PS Vita is fully compatible with the PlayStation Network as well as PS3.  Remote play allows you to challenge PSP or PS3 users head to head with this cross platform gaming functionality.

There are a few gripes, namely that you have to buy the PS Vita Flash Memory Card separately, but this is available in 4GB, 8GB, 16GB and 32GB. And that you can’t play multiplayer over 3G only over Wifi.

For PlayStation fanatics this is a serious “must-have” gadget. But be warned, once you pick it up you’re not going to want to put it down!
